- Drive the strategic brand direction and overall growth strategy for India
- Set Up a low-cost tracking system to periodically monitor and Desired vs. Actual Brand Positioning
- Develop and drive strong marketing interventions /campaigns to connect with the young target group
- Develop & drive the annual brand & digital activity calendars
- Manage same within Annual Marketing budget
- Conceive plan for a high impact brand launch by city and catchment
- Drive coordinated efforts with the Retail Head to drive high impact store launches in each Mall /Market
- Drive a strong promotional program with influence and digital engagement to reach young consumers
- Drive a strong digital engagement program to continuously connect with young consumers
- Conceive catchment activation to drive channel footfalls and brand business
- Drive Social media and a digital ecosystem for the brand
- Connect with young consumers through strong digital content and promotion led interventions
- Monetize the medium through smart and effective campaigns
- Develop and Run the Customer Relationship Management Program and drive quality and quantity in the same
- Drive sharp consumer understanding through behavioral analysis of loyalty members
- Drive repeat business and high loyal business member share
- Develop strong relationships with quality partners to deliver strong campaigns
- Ensure efficient Media Planning & Buying
- Build a communication plan for the CRM program
- Track market research data
- Gather intelligence on competitor activity constantly and incorporate changes in marketing/ communication plan
