Position Title: APAC Marketing Manager

Reports to: Group Marketing & Communications Director

Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Experience: 5-10 Years

Qualification: BE/B.TECH/MBA

Job Purpose:

Responsible for play a major role in the regional team to ensure alignment and improvement of marketing initiatives across the region. In addition, will be the leader of key cross-functional improvement projects. The position will require travel within the region and roughly once per year to Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Support and ensure tight collaboration between the marketing colleagues in the region and between Regional/Group and Divisional marketing

- Secure Group communication and branding vs regional adaptations

- Arrange and lead regular APAC and regional marketing meetings and participate in Group meetings.

- Secure alignment and quality of marketing/communication activities

- Together with the Regional Managing Directors secure marketing support in the region

- Coordination of budget follow ups and support during budget process

- Regional contact point for involvement/feedback on group/divisional/cross-regional initiatives

- Training and introduction of new marketing colleagues across APAC.

- Leadership of cross-functional key improvement projects related to the marketing role

Desired Key skills :

- Marketing and / or communications degree. Experience with branding and corporate identity. Preferably technical interest.

- Thorough Regional Marketing experience including close collaboration with sales team. Traditional and online marketing, campaign and targeted actions Broad Marketing and Communication skills set.
