Manager - Marketing Analytics for a leading Global Diversified Business Group (including FMCG).
Job Profile:
- Lead the data analytics of marketing division for various products.
- Establish best in class services and a culture of service and operational excellence.
- Responsible for implementing strategy, day to day operations, metrics / KPI's, continuous process improvement as process owner, SLA's, business reviews / interface, team motivation, team development and culture.
- Prepare all pricing systems and processes. Data structure readiness, understand pricing and merchandizing testing, conversion and impact of change, Pricing merchandizing user training and process stabilization.
- To work on continuous process improvement to the Pricing and merchandizing operations ensuring an operational excellence achievement.
Desired Profile:
- 8+ years experience in managing marketing analytics / data analytics of marketing division.
- Experience in marketing pricing systems & process & data structure.
- Have to hands on in stake holder management.
