Marketing manager
About the Role:
- We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and manage a dynamic marketing team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth.
- You will play a key role in shaping our brand positioning, driving product launches, and managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- As the Marketing Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to deliver integrated marketing programs that align with our business objectives and engage our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Execution:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Lead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Define target audiences, key messaging, and positioning.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, development, and execution of multi channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, content marketing, events, and traditional advertising.
- Brand Positioning: Work closely with senior leadership and the creative team to define and maintain a strong brand identity.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and touchpoints.
Digital Marketing:
- Digital Channels: Manage digital marketing initiatives across various channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and affiliate marketing.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase engagement, drive traffic, and generate leads.
- Oversee content creation for blogs, newsletters, social media, white papers, case studies, etc.
- Social Media Management: Oversee social media strategy and content creation across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube to build brand presence and engage with customers.
- SEO/SEM: Optimize website content for search engines and oversee SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc) to drive qualified traffic and conversions.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer insights to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to ensure that our marketing campaigns are innovative and stay ahead of the competition.
- KPI Tracking: Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools.
- Use data to adjust campaigns, improve conversion rates, and meet ROI targets.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead Marketing Team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including digital marketers, designers, content creators, and external agencies.
- Foster a creative, collaborative, and results-oriented work environment.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Support lead generation efforts, product launches, and customer retention programs.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for maximum impact.
Event & Partnership Management:
- Trade Shows & Conferences: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and industry conferences.
- Manage the production of marketing materials and promotional content for these events.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and industry organizations to expand brand reach and amplify marketing efforts.
