Manager - Marketing

Job Purpose:

- The Marketing Manager will oversee the Modern Trade - Key Accounts sales and manage all promotional and sales support activities within the region.

- This role aims to enhance growth and visibility, ensuring the achievement of top-line and bottom-line objectives.

Responsibilities:

Growth and Visibility Management:

- Drive growth and enhance visibility within star outlets.

- Achieve and maintain key financial metrics for this channel, including both top-line and bottom-line figures.

Sales Development Activities:

- Design and implement local sales promotion activities to boost market presence and sales performance.

- Manage IT initiatives and ensure compliance within the sales function.

- Spearhead distribution expansion efforts to reach new markets and increase coverage.

Promotional and Trade Marketing:

- Oversee all promotional and trade marketing activities within the region.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to align regional strategies with broader business objectives.

Coordination and Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team at the Business Office and the regional sales teams.

- Ensure seamless communication and coordination to support and drive the implementation of marketing and sales strategies.

Support:

- You will be supported by a team of trained Field Executives who will help drive the initiatives outlined above across the region.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in modern trade and key account management.

- Strong background in sales promotion, trade marketing, and distribution expansion.

- Effective communication and coordination skills.

- Familiarity with IT systems and sales compliance requirements.

- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
