Manager - Marketing


About the Role:

- We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.

- As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.

- You will play a critical role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all channels, and analyzing marketing performance to optimize future campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and market opportunities.

Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively:

- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing), content marketing, public relations, and events.

Brand Management:

- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and messaging across all channels.

- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

- Monitor brand reputation and address any potential brand crises.

Digital Marketing:

- Manage social media marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram).

- Develop and implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website visibility and drive organic traffic.

- Manage email marketing campaigns, including list building, segmentation, and campaign performance analysis.

Content Marketing:

- Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, white papers, case studies, and videos.

- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, conversion rates, ROI).

- Generate regular reports on marketing performance and provide insights to management.

- Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing effectiveness.

Team Management & Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

- Manage and mentor junior marketing team members (if applicable).

- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors.

Qualifications:

Essential:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in marketing roles with a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.

- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

- Experience with social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing.

- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).

- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.
