Market Research Manager is required for Multinational FMCG based at Gurgaon.

- The incumbent should be a full time MBA with 8 years to 12 years of post MBA experience in Market Insight / Consumer Insight out of which at least 2 years Insight experience in a FMCG / Liquor Company and 6 to 10 years in one of the top 5 market research agency.

The incumbent will be responsible for :

- Custodian for all brand insights needs for his/her set of assigned brands.

- As a key member of the Consumer team to support design and implement strategic insights initiatives like U&A and consumer segmentation studies to create a consumer need driven approach to overall strategic planning

- Ensure we have the right insights to drive commercial and marketing strategies and on the ground implementation for the given set of brands. Leverage all insights to ensure business decisions on these brands are taken based on robust insights.

- Proactively provide decision support on key brand initiatives like communication, consumer activation, packaging change etc systematically.

- Work with the insights team across brand companies to align and leverage existing global insights on the key brands

- Build learnings on the consumer in India to help develop winning strategies for the developing Indian Luxury market

- To develop shopper insights capabilities for the organization.

- Lead and build a digital fit consumer structure

- Leverage digital insights through use of technology and social listening

- Work closely with the data lab and the Digital acceleration team

- Understand the socio cultural trends around socializing and drinking to help identify and predict trends which are likely to unlock business potential

- Focus on developing insights to facilitate filling the innovations pipeline for the organisation

- Manage and meet expectations of the brand teams and commercial teams

- Interact with the internal stakeholders to identify and anticipate their Consumer & Business Intelligence needs and attempt to meet the same satisfactorily, maintaining a consumer centric culture across the team
