Role (Purpose of the Role):
- To effectively communicate with external and internal customers
Accountabilities:
Key Responsibilities of this role:
- Coordination & supervision of all MarcComm activities at the BU level
- To drive the public relation campaigns
- To drive internal communication activities
- To assist in digital/ social and online campaigns
- Agency & vendor briefing, coordination and management
- To ensure compliance of SOP’s
- Management of marketing research and marketing information
- Partnering in preparation of communication objective & budget & timely execution of communication program/ activities
- Supervising BU MarcComm budget in different communication tools and time periods, Keeping track of all promotional investments and measurement of each
- Assessing target markets/message/ media/ attributes/feedback
- Ensuring compliance of Brand guidelines
- Management of vendors and agency
- Timely execution of plans
- Compliance of SOP’s
- Effective campaign management (PR/ Social & Digital)
Skills (Skills, Knowledge, Qualification, Competencies (Behavioral & Functional):
Qualification: MBA -with specialisation in Marketing
Experience: 6-9 years of experience in MARCOM or Corporate Communication of any company/agency of repute
Technical knowledge / skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
