Job Description :

Position : Manager Manufacturing Operations

Functional responsibility : Production operations

Reporting to : Plant Manager

Company : It is a German medical and pharmaceutical device company, which has offices and facilities in more than 50 countries.

KRAs & Specific Roles :

Deliverable :

- Delivering the budgeted quantity, productivity, capacity utilization.

- Achieving targeted line efficiency and maintaining process rejections within norms

- Fulfillment of GMP norms as per global standards .

- Maintenance of all the machines and process area.

- Manpower planning and management to improve per capita productivity.

Quality, Safety :

- Strict adherence to signed quality & safety standards

- Ensure appropriate hygienic & safe practices in manufacturing area.

- Experience of facing regulated market audits is desirable.

Candidate Profile : M Pharma / B Pharm ( Pharma Technology) with 10-15 years experience in manufacturing of Sterile pharmaceuticals.

- Maximum work experience should be in reputed sterile injectable manufacturing facility.
