Manager - Manufacturing Finance - FMCG/Pharma

MANAGER - MANUFACTURING FINANCE with a Large MNC, based at Aurangabad, Maharashtra.

CA / MBA in Finance with at least 6-10 years post qualification exp of handling Factory / Manufacturing / Supply Chain Finance of a Large MNC FMCG / Pharma.

KRA's :

- Business partnering support to Operations.

- Member of Plant Leadership Team responsible for ensuring smooth governance of Plant Operations.

- Development of MIS Reports & Control Systems for providing regular updates, information and feedback on Operations performance to Site/Country & Global leadership.

- Liaison with Source Companies/Global Tax Teams for ICP setting.

- Providing support to Finance Controllers of respective franchises in managing Gross Profit.

- Lead Annual Business plan process & quarterly updates across all Mfg. sites & Lead BP & Qtrly updates.

- Responsible for driving tax compliance related to direct and Excise, Service Tax and VAT.

- Supporting & Tracking various projects related to Capital/CIP's etc. across all Mfg. /other sites.

- Responsibility of Accounts Payable (Material, General & Capital Goods) for all manufacturing locations.

- Responsible for Product costing and Inventory accounting.

- Capex Management.

- Responsible for Financial/SOX & other compliances & managing/ supporting Statutory & CIA audits.

- Train & Develop the support team to enhance their efficiency & support their career growth.
