Manager - Manufacturing Excellence - FMCG

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Manager for one of the Large MNC FMCG, based at either Mumbai, Haridwar or Chandigarh.

- An Engineer from Premiere Engineering Colleges with 7-9 years of work exp. in the field of Ops. Excellence or Manufacturing excellence including Supply Chain like Customer Service etc.

- The Manufacturing Excellence Manager is responsible for delivering the Manufacturing Excellence program in its entirety.

- This includes the 5 Pillars of ManEx framework listed below in addition to other initiatives to improve manufacturing performance that is part of the long term strategy (i.e. Industrial Performance)

- WCM : Supporting the implementation of the continuous improvement methodology (WCM/TPM)

- Virtual Sites : Facilitating virtual sites in best practice identification and global knowledge sharing

- Technology : Technology aspects embedded in EEM, to support new projects OTIF together with UEnS

- End to End SC : End to End SC touching Customer Service, Suppliers etc.

- People : HR for Factories approach including template factory organization and blue collar skills development, and governance (FOS) structure.
