Designation : Manager Manufacturing Excellence

Position Reporting to : GM Manufacturing

Job Location : Mumbai

Job Purpose :

- To drive TPM, Lean, Kaizen and Six sigma across the organization with greater focus on Manufacturing.

Responsibility :

- Overall responsibility of Functioning of factory ME and compliance of job under corporate ME & guidelines & self initiatives.

- Responsibility for execution, monitoring, evaluation, improvement & training of all the activities related to ME in Plant

- Responsible for streamlining and driving all the AETs and CANDO activities in the Plant.

- Responsible to assist Plant for solving all the doubts/problems related to TPM.

- Responsible for identifying training need, review of the training imparted for the effective implementation of TPM.

- Responsible for conducting AET and CANDO audits to analyze the GAP in achieving different TPM levels.

- Responsible for Changes/Modification in process/SOP/ work practices for effective implementation of TPM.

- Responsible to make report related to ME and Provide to top Management.

- Responsible for conducting ME review meetings at Corp Level .

- Responsible for coordinating with different Plant Pillar champion and review progress w.r.t to Plant Pillar activities.

- Responsible for monitoring AET & Pillar KPI trend and review its progress.

- Responsible for progress of Business Excellence initiative across the organization .

- Responsible for Six sigma drive across organization with specific focus on Manufacturing .

Experience : 7-15 Yrs

Qualification : BE, MBA Operations, Certified Six Sigma Black belt (Mandatory) from institutions like ASQ, BMG, ISI
