Title: Manager, Management Information Reporting - COE

Role Purpose :
- Responsible for the Management Information Reporting Team which will deliver the standard management reporting to the senior leaders in organisation who require cross cluster / regional or global analysis
Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities :
- Lead and develop the Management Information Reporting Team to provide the quality service the business requires
- Provide strong technical stewardship and direction to the MI Reporting responsible for delivering management reporting and analysis to the senior business leaders in the organisation
- Establish KPIs and monitor and manage results ensuring robust plans are in place for any shortfall and ensure training is sufficient such that the team have the skills to deliver the required services to the business and drive to Top Quartile Operations Management
- Build and drive a culture of high performance within the MI Reporting team and manage and develop their performance with challenging team/individual objectives and empowerment.
- Develop team-members to build on strengths, improve on weakness with regular feedback.
- Establish a service culture in the off-shore team whereby aspired standards are set and delivered
Producing robust management reports :
- Accountable for production of accurate and timely management reports for the business at a cross cluster, regional and global level
- Ensure all reporting deadlines are met, management reports produced by the CoE are robust and accurate
- Hold local finance to account for their part in producing robust, reliable and timely financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with all frameworks and policies for financial data and business information
Education, Qualifications and Experience :
- A qualified accountant (CA/CIMA/ICWA) or equivalent with a strong financial background.
- 6+ years of Finance and accounting experience, specializing in management Information reporting ( in manufacturing companies will be preferable with at least 4 years essential)
- 5+ years of experience of managing teams
- Experience of SAP is essential
- Experience of leading change programmes
- Experience of delivering services to the business
- Exposure and understanding of consolidation reporting systems and currency reporting.
- Certified Green Belt
