Manager - Mall Leasing - Real Estate

Position : Manager - Mall Leasing

Company: Leading Tier 1 Real Estate company headquartered in Bangalore.

Location : Pune.

Experience : 8 - 12 years of experience

This position will handle the leasing of upcoming mall in Pune.

The JD is given below :

- Develop, align and implement the leasing strategy and plan (tenant mix, revenue models, zoning) for all retail and commercial projects including phasing.

- Budget and allocate spends among different promotional activities for projects in consultation with Head Sales and Marketing.

- Monitor the execution of the lease plan with focus on achieving the rental volume and value targets.

- Meet rental targets (volume and value)

- Completion of all documentation in coordination with Legal & customers

- Respond to customer queries in a timely manner & build and maintain relationships with key tenants / retailers / corporates through regular visits/ presentations / communication

- Build and maintain positive relations with existing channel partners (brokers, retail agents, leasing partner) and carry out negotiations with brokers, agents, business development team of retail majors, admin team of corporates for closure of deals and other contracts in partnership with the leasing partner - if any

- Monitor and review rental achievement against target (volume and value) for each project and undertake timely and appropriate corrective action to maximize revenues
