Manager - Maintenance & Projects - FMCG/Food

Responsibilities :

Spearhead the Plant Maintenance of the Manufacturing plant:

- Participate in design, development, and testing of new or modified equipment to assure that goals as equipment reliability; equipment maintainability, use of standard parts, spare rationalization is achieved.

- Understands the product/ packaging and equipment interface and is an expert on the transformations.

- Standardization of parts, tools and components to ensure interchangeability

- Technical documentation e.g. integration of spares with the engineering stores, development of PM schedule.

- Development of the cleaning, inspection and lubrication schedule for all new equipment, based on weibull analysis .

- Provide expertise on product/ packaging and equipment interface and do any troubleshooting around this.

- Develop Process Control Strategy (PCS), for critical making equipment.

- Provide trend reports, generated from the LEDS, for failure mode prediction management.

- Create energy maps, Operating budget and have periodic review with the management.

- Develop periodic maintenance schedule for all equipment and design strategy to move towards predictive maintenance.

Desired Candidate profile:

- Engineering Graduate in Mechanical /Electrical with 8 plus years of Experience in Plant Maintenance & Projects. Should have strong exposure in Packaging Equipment Maintenance.

- Preferably from FMCG/Food Processing Industry.
