- Planned Preventive Maintenance of the Installed Equipment's at Cinema's On weekly, Monthly and quarterly basis.

- Take the handover of the new opening Sites from Projects.

- Should be well aware about fire & Electrical safety of building to perpare & impliment safety processes as per requirement.

- Should be able to track & analyse the daily/weekly/monthly energy consumption trends and perpare energy savings projects and capable to plan/Execute and track the savings against these projects.

- Assist with annual budget development for Utility/AMCs/Maintenance budgets ,Tracking expenses on weekly/monthly basis and overseeing the budget.

- Should be able to interact with other deptt. to get the desired results for smooth operations.

- Experience in maintenance/Energy profile for Hotels, QSR,

- Previous working experience as a Maintenance
