Job Title : Manager M&A-Tax & Advisory

Job Description:

- End-to-end solutions for different types of domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, demergers, acquisitions, divestitures, JV, corporate restructuring, transaction and business model structuring and due diligence.

- Advise clients on tax-efficient restructurings.

- Client relationship management.

- Interaction with Government authorities.

- People management.

- Business development.

Desired Profile:-

- CA/MBA/ICWA/Lawyers with 5 + Years of relevant experience.

- Thorough technical knowledge on M&A practices, Tax and Corporate Law.

- Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage

- Basic excel, presentation and report writing skills..

- Experience in Client handling
