Manager - M&A - Manufacturing Firm

- Responsible for financial due diligence for mergers & acquisitions.

- Identifying companies - Deal sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, Transaction execution and closing.

- Deal Structuring - Exploring possibilities for Joint Ventures, Partnership, coinvestments, strategic investments, business development .

- Ability to untangle and analyze complex M&A issues and come up with viable solutions.

- Ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders.

- Ability to prepare documentation for discussion with shareholders.

- Must possess superior problem-solving, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal capabilities.

- Preparation of data books in order to summarize and analyze financial information at detailed level.
