Manager - M&A/Direct Tax - IT/Consulting Firm

Salary Offered : 10L-20L

- Merger and acquisition, Direct Tax, Tax Restructuring .

- Direct tax advisory with focus on M&A, Tax Restructuring, Tax due diligence.

- Execute and supervise the day-to-day tax and regulatory compliance and advisory assignments

- Expected to build positive client relationships and demonstrate understanding of the client's requirements and business

- Supervise effectively junior team members and take responsibility for reviewing their work.

- Accountable for adherence with internal risk management of the Firm

- Assist senior members of the team on prospective client pursuits.

- Proactively identify new areas where the Firm can leverage with the existing client

- Review of income-tax submissions/compilations for assessment/appellate matters and representation before the Tax authorities;

- Good people and client management skills.

- Excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization.
