Manager - M&A - Consumer Firm

Executive Hiring is looking for a Manager - M&A for a Large Consumer Organisation, based at Mumbai.

A Female, with a Post Grad in Management from IIM's / XLRI/ SPJIMR or a CA Rank Holder with similar experience from Consulting / PE space is mandatory.

The Role-

1. Track and analyze the competitive landscape to identify and lead Merger and Acquisition transactions for potential targets. The incumbent will then have to closely work with the business and targets to land value accretive acquisitions.

2. Understand the broader market context & what is happening in the organization and use this insight to identify growth avenues.

3. Spot, target and land value enhancing acquisitions and strategic partnerships; Bring in through leadership into the organization on mergers and acquisitions.

4. Manage the due diligence, oversee preparation of bid documents, term sheets and other legal documentation; participate in negotiations and discussions on structures and commercial aspects of the deal; finalize and execute the structures of the deal.
