Manager - Logistics - Shipping Industry

What will be your duties & responsibilities?

- Creation of pre-export documentation - performa invoice, packing list, etc. Verification of custom/ export documentation - shipping bill details, etc.

- Preparation and submission of documents for exports/ custom statutory requirement - RoDtep/ MEIS etc.

- Export duty drawbacks - coordinating with agencies for duty claims, paperwork submission

- Coordinating with banks to submit documentation - BRC, export payments billing, etc.

- Generating customer invoices

- Vendor management - checking invoices, and negotiation of charges.

What are the key requirements & skills?

- Should have an experience of 3 to 6 years.

- Knowledge about the shipping industry

- Clear communication skills

- Good in Advance Excel
