Manager - Logistics Operations - Healthcare

About Our Client:

Client is a Leading MNC in Diagnostics Business..with a Turnover of 45 billion dollars.

Position : Manager- Logistics Operations (PAN INDIA)

Reports to : Manager Supply Chain (HEAD)

Team : 3-4 members

Location : Mumbai

Overview of the Role:

- Highly proficient in managing CFA operations on a national level.

- Design, upgrade and implement the SOP for the same.

- Close coordination with the Planning team for regular flow of inventory and ensure immediate replenishment against pending orders at the CFAs.

- Conduct both Global and local audits successfully and implement audit recommendations.

- Close monitoring of CFA activities and handle local FDA and VAT issues as and when necessary.

- Ability to foresee any challenges that are likely to come in the entire supply chain and quickly inform management as well as plan line of actions.

- Strong focus on reducing the distribution cost at every step.

- Over all monitoring of the Export Logistics of the neighbouring markets end to end.

- Good systems knowledge including ERP.

- Has good knowledge of handling cold chain products.

Qualification: Any Graduate. MBA would be preferred.

Skills Required:

- Warehousing management, People management, SAP knowledge.

- Experience is cold chain will be an added advantage

- Excellent presentation, communication, influencing skills and motivational skills
