- Select carriers/suppliers and monitor service against performance criteria

- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery

- Manage Outbound Logistics

- Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports or customer issues

- Review impact of logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or carriers and report results to others Plan, coordinate & ensure efficient Logistics operations of movement in Pan India through rail & road at optimum cost and drive service efficiencies.

- Cost Optimization and Efficiency Improvement

- Supervise logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.

- Respond to any issues or complaints.

- Research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.

- Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines.
