Key Responsibilities-
1. To laision with all the brands/OEM/ODM for support
2. Maintain a healthy relationship with all OEM
3. To ensure proper supply of spares from each OEM for respective devices
4. To maintain failure trend data for each OEM
6. Get necessary requisite support from OEM for after sales service
7. Negotiate with OEM on warranty support, tri-party after sales support and EOL support
8. Monitor spares level for each OEM and ensure that proper spares support is available from them
9. Ensure spares readiness from each OEM prior to commercial launch of the product
10. Escalate to OEM to get necessary RCA for defect as reported by Field teams.
