Responsibilities:

Be a Subject Matter Expert for lending function with a thorough understanding of Loan IQ application to act as a liaison between Project Team and Operations

As a Loan IQ SME provide support to Operations to clear complex outstanding Reconciliation items as well as act as the primary point of contact for any complex Past Due related research

Be a point of contact to fix complex client relationships based on extensive Loan IQ based research

Proactively identify & communicate gaps in the business, as well as recommend controls (reports, procedural changes, governance routines) that can be leveraged to streamline the process

Ensure Audit Readiness for the business - Ensure that SOPs and other governance documents are updated timely and accurately whenever there are any technology / process changes in the business

Design & streamline Quality Audit methodology, Rebuttal & Training/OJT processes for the business to enhance quality and better on-boarding experience for new hires

Change Management - Ensure timely communication & planning for proposed changes with appropriate documentation to ensure calibration between Project Team and Operations

Proactively communicate and ensure visibility to leadership on the upcoming technology changes/enhancements, Deployment Plan, Impact Assessment based on the scope - Process/procedures, Associate, Systems etc. & Lessons learnt

Take complete accountability & ownership for Testing of controls and recommend new controls / remediation plan based on the findings

Identify Technology issues, if any, and relay them to relevant stakeholders as well as Project Team and bring them to closure through follow-up / mediation with Technology/LOB

Respond to Escalation emails from Business partners/LOB

Reconciliation of various control reports

Issue Resolution with Servicing CSRs

Identify issues and control gaps in existing infrastructure

Support fellow team members on queries relating to process

Have innovative approach to work and continuously identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

Thorough understanding of Loan IQ Application

Should be able to do project planning & execution including resource planning, high-level sizing/ project scoping, stakeholder & risk management, budgeting/forecasting, developing design concepts, business requirement documents (BRD), communication & training strategies etc.

Experienced in managing large scale - Global- projects, cutting across various geographies (US, EMEA, APAC) with themes like business optimization, revenue enhancement, quality improvement or risk reduction

Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills

Must be quick learner to adapt to new systems and procedural change

Ability to perform in a periodically changing process

Knowledge of Commercial Loans is required

Comfortable to work in multiple systems at the same time

Eye for detail and must be procedure focused to adhere to the Policy guidelines.

Flexible to provide extra hours in the job as required based on Business needs

Strong business centric mind-set with ability to utilize sound business judgment and tailor approach to drive optimal business outcomes; understands how business decisions impact regional risk

Exp Range : 8 -10 Years
