Currently hiring for Manager - Litigation & Contracts,Bangalore for a large sized Global Multinational

Key Skills Required :

- Draft and review legal contracts and agreements involving the organization & providing legal opinion on legal content of contracts before formalization to ensure their legal validity

- Provide day to day legal support. Experience of handling corporate laws, contract negotiation etc.

- Drafting all kinds of Deeds, Notices, Agreements, etc.

- Candidates should be able to research and provide views on the legal matters

Education

- LLB is a must
