Position: Sr.

Litigation Manager.

Qualification: CA / LLB (Cooperate Law).

Experience: 3 Years & Above.

Salary: Negotiable.

Preference: GST & Income Tax Litigation.

- Preparing Statements of facts and Ground of Appeal and preparing further reply in the Appeal proceeding.

- Preparing submissions for notices, summons, audits, assessments, show cause notices, appeal etc.

- Preparing appeal related documents, filling the appeal and coordinate with the advocate.

- Attend- consortium meetings, enforcement proceedings etc. on the behalf of clients.

- Interacting with external tax advisors/ counsels/ government tax authorities.

- Representing enquiries, audits, assessments, appeals and other related matters under Pre GST and post.

- GST matters before Tax Assessment and Appellate Authorities.

- Handle all GST / INCOME TAX / VAT assessments.

- Maintaining the status of the Open litigations,.

- Preparing Tax risks analysis and defense strategy on ongoing basis for the open litigations.

- Drafting defence files, memo, and position papers and managing documentation in support of on going litigations.


- Experience preferred from CA firm.

- Formulate, implement, and evaluate legal tax reduction strategies. Monitor and maintains accurate records of each client's tax situation.


- Analyse and minimize tax liabilities by implementing tax reduction strategies.


- Review financial records, income statements, and expenditures.


- Prepare and filing tax returns and work papers for companies, partnerships, and individuals. Research tax issues and assisting with tax audits.


- Consult with clients, review their tax information, and respond to questions and concerns.


- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.


- Advise clients on tax strategies, compensation and benefit plans, and accounting systems.


- Responsible to legally minimise tax liabilities through the informed application of tax laws and regulations.


- Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.


- Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Group.


- Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns.


- Review current and deferred tax provision.


- Stay updated with the amendment and legal precedents and assist the client to implement the required changes.


- Prepare the updates for publishing articles and news flash relating to taxation.
