- Protect the interest of company in a rather complicated business environment, advise the management on day to day legal issues and to legally safeguard the interest of the organization and help for timely achievement the goals of the organization.

- Negotiating, drafting of contracts, agreements, MOU, Bonds, JV deeds, etc. at circle level.

- Plan, strategize and ensure that the Business Interests of entity is protected through legal & regulatory compliance.
