Manager - Legal
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Leverage in-depth knowledge of RERA regulations for real estate compliance
- Providing timely advice to other departments on concerns or queries having a legal impact
- Analyze and evaluate legal issues related to litigation matters, commercial contracts, and other legal matters, Handling documents relating to Land Acquisition, MOU/LOI , JDA, up to handover to association, DOD etc.
- Experience of drafting, vetting, and negotiating different contracts and agreements including commercial contracts, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, affidavits, NDAs, Letter of Intent , MOUs , legal risk assessments and provide strategic guidance. Lead and mentor legal team members for optimal performance.
- Ensure company-wide adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage in negotiations to secure favorable terms and agreements. Coordinating with Land
- Owners for documents, agreements. Also in coordination with Agencies for launching of the Project
- Handling of Registration with Labour Agencies , Structuring of Deals and Financing for the Project, Assisting in Liasioning for Government approvals, and getting Legal documents
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve legal objectives.
