Manager - Legal - Power/Construction/Infrastructure

Job description :

- Independently handling all the disputes, court matters, arbitration matters.

- Regular appearance at High Court, District Court.

- Experience in scrutinizing, inspecting& guiding in all corporate and legal matters.

- Relevant experience in interacting with the Govt department.

- Managerial skills, Precise drafting. interacting independently with advocates, govt.

- Drafting various legal documents.

- Coordinating with a concerned Business team.

Age Band (in yrs) 35 to 40 years.

Experience:

- About 5 to 16 years at a similar level in utilities preferably connected to power sector or in a service provider company. Years of experience will depend on the grade of the position to be staffed.

- Candidates from Power/ Construction / Infrastructure industry only.
