Litigation Management
- To Handle Civil, Criminal, and Labour cases in various courts
- Effectively handle pending cases of district courts, Labour courts/Labour office, High courts & supreme courts.
- Manage litigations, Pre-litigation, recovery matters, claims, and disputes in matters relating to customers, vendors/service providers employees/labour and other stakeholders filed by or against the company and/or its officials.
Union Management - Should have experience dealing with Union matters, union negotiation, industrial disputes, and union settlement.
Compliance Monitoring
- To monitor statutory compliances of the company.
- To file various statutory returns/reports under various laws timely.
Contract Management
- Vetting, drafting, negotiating, and finalizing several commercial agreements/contracts. B.G., Lease deeds, Indemnity Band, etc. in close coordination with respective departments.
Legal Research & Updation
- Updation regarding changes laws and orders passed by Supreme courts/High courts/ NGT etc. to the management highlighting their implications on the company.
- Research analyses and identity applicable laws and amendments therein having legal risks and implications, which may potentially affect the company's business and prospects and prepare memos or position statements to keep the senior management of all business verticals informed of such laws and amendments/developments
Please note - Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in plant.
