1. Non-Litigation
(a) Drafting, vetting and negotiations of LOI, MOU and agreements relating to:
(i) Music acquisition, production and licensing.
(b) Drafting letters, representations and replies;
(c) Working closely with the Music and business teams, understanding their requirement and advising on the same.
(d) Guide the music and business teams regarding applicable laws, regulations, restrictions, compliances etc to enable them to carry out the business in compliance with law.
2. Should have worked in company in media and entertainment sector or a law firm catering to clients from the media and entertainment sector. Must have exposure related to music in any of the previous organizations.
