- Drafting and investigate of pleadings - writ petitions, charges, complaints, written statements, company petitions, appeals, revisions before various courts and forums

- Strategizing and formulating litigation strategy

- Drafting notices, responses to notices relating to Intellectual Property Rights infringement, defamation

- Interpretation of laws and regulations and advising on their applicability

Eligibility :

- Minimum 5 years experience (post qualification)

- Excellent Communication Skills

- LLB is a mandate (strong academics)

- Qualifications from a Premier Institute only

- Only from a Corporate background (not from a LAW Firm)

- Aware of Indian/ General mandate Corporate Laws

- Can join within 15 - 30 days as maximum

- Maximum experience required 8 years

- Should be from Hyderabad or Bangalore

Working Days : 5 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM)

Location : Hyderabad
