Manager - Legal - LLB/LLM - BFS

We are having an urgent requirement for Legal Manager with one of our clients. Role details are given below:

Role Description :

- Carry out/organise legal due diligence of various contracts and security including (Title Search)

- To draft/screen/negotiate financing documents including security documents, e.g., facility agreement, mortgage, hypothecation, pledge, option agreement etc.

- Protect the interest of the company in case of consortium transactions.

- Review and compliance : Review existing financing documents periodically for legal issues and take appropriate corrective actions,closely work with credit and operation team, assist in other process initiatives like security release/replacement, MIS, DMS, empanelment etc.

- Providing legal support to the Debt Capital Market and syndication : Efficiently closing documentation of transactions with Debt Capital Market and Syndication team,working closely with the lenders- legal counsel in closing structures, documents, opinions for Debt Capital Market and Syndication.

- Closely work on litigation and recovery proceedings.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Graduate/post graduate in law, with a relevant experience of 6 to 10 years in the desired profile.

- Good Negotiation skills

- Good Logical skills

- Pleasing personality

- Superior language fluency and interpersonal skills
