Manager - Legal - LLB - FMCG/Hospitality

- Contract Drafting and Negotiations

- Intellectual Property Enforcement

- Dispute Resolution

- Litigation & Arbitration

- Disputes resolution (inclusive of property disputes) etc.

- General Advisory

- Will be charge of the legal matters pertaining to all the companies of the group

- Report to the Gr. CFO and CEO

- Will be an individual contributor;

- Will also play an internal legal advisory role from time to time.

Desired Candidature:

- Incumbent must be a Law Graduate

- Must have exposure of working for group of companies

- Must be from FMCG preferably or Hospitality industry
