Manager - Legal - IT

- Drives contract lifecycle from drafting through completion of the negotiation process, and/or contracts execution.

- Experience in handling Master Service Agreement, Software License Agreement, Product License Agreement, SAAS Agreements, Engagement Letter, Procurement Agreements and any other Agreements

- Monitoring and effectively support the Regional Legal Team in regard to litigation portfolio

- Preparation of contracts for internal review and approval and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.

- Advisory to the Stakeholders, HR Team and Senior Management of the company.

- Maintaining a deep understanding of contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability, and company position on various matters.

- Experience in handling Data Privacy laws and its application in various contracts.

- Provide general legal advice and support to other functions e.g. human resources, finance, IT, admin, corporate services, real estate management etc.

- Draft, review, negotiate and finalize contracts, NDAs, LOIs, all types of agreements

- Well-versed with Indian laws and global compliances

- Contractual, legal and regulatory obligations
