Manager Legal

- FMCG background, Good experience in Contracts Act, Corporate & Civil Litigation, 8-10 years of work experience. Preferably from Mumbai and a male candidate with good understanding of Contracts Act specifically section 34/37 and SLP from Infrastructure.

- Coordination with internal and external stakeholders including advocates, Sr. Advocates, law firms, government agencies, in strategizing and responding to legal notices, draft pleading, petitions, appeals and others.

- Appearance before various courts and tribunals in co-ordination with law firms and external counsels i,e. before Appellate, District Courts, High Courts and Supreme Court; State & National Consumer Commission, National Green Tribunal.

- Coordinating with team of legal officers in drafting and vetting of contracts and project related documents Purchase Agreements, Project execution including EPC Contracts, Financing Documents etc.

- Handling external Attorneys for Intellectual Property Matters, registration of Trade Marks, Copyrights and Patents.

- Drafting notices with the help of Reporting Manager.

- Coordinating all legal matters with the Advocates and be the Company's representative in all court matters

- Representing/ Appearing before the Arbitrators and various High Courts (alongwith Sr. Advocates/ and local counsels).

- Responsible for replying all Contractual communications with Institutional clients in close coordination with Legal Head and Techno-Commercial Contract Administration team.

- Coordinating with the counsels, AOR and coordinating with the stakeholders (contracts and projects) in getting the information - Mainly the Delhi HC and Supreme Court and other matters

- Coordinating legal matters filed by or against the Company (Applications u/s 34, 37, 11, 9 of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, Money recovery Suites, Complaints U/s. 138 of NI Act, Company Petitions, IBC etc.).
