- Contract drafting, abstraction, summarization, redlining. Analyzing and Summarization of Contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines.

- Drafting and Reviewing Contracts and various other associated agreements, amendments/addendums and capturing details in matrix formats.

- Uploading and maintenance of contracts in client databases and summarization of key terms used and linking of contracts in client database.

- Capturing details and extraction of key and negotiated terms used on the voluminous Agreements/documents under the client's database.
