Manager - Legal - FMCG - LLB

Key Responsibilities :

1. To lead the entire Contract Negotiation

2. The person should be adept in Drafting, Vetting, Review & negotiating various Agreements.

3. Apply and obtain the requisite license including but not limited to FSSAI, legal Metrology

4. To ensure compliances with FSSAI & Legal Metrology Department.

5. Direct licensing initiatives and business change from concept to implementation to achieve desired results

6. Release of legal advisory, regulatory updates and legal articles

7. Pro-active, practical, qualitative and cost-effective legal support and guidance to different business functions.

8. Identification and due compliance with local laws and regulations and assist in auditing the compliances to laws and regulatory requirements

9. Liaise with relevant authority/departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.

MINIMUM EDUCATION : LLB

MINIMUM/SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE :

- Must have 5-7 years of overall experience in Legal and Secretarial

- Must have experience in managing contract negotiations

- Cognisance of Companies Act and the Rules made there under, for all companies and LLPs in the group, with specific emphasis on FDI Compliances

- Experience obtain the requisite license including but not limited to FSSAI, legal Metrology

- To ensure compliances with FSSAI & Legal Metrology Department.

- Must have experience in leading and contributing to the development of business processes and policies to better enable achievement of business objectives, mitigate risk, reduce inefficiencies and improve effectiveness

- Strong exposure in Corporate Legal Compliances, Adherence to the Statutory and regulatory Compliances of India.

- Identification and due compliance with local laws and regulations and assist in auditing the compliances to laws and regulatory requirements

- Experience is required in Drafting, Vetting, Review & negotiating various Agreements

- Must have experience in Liaise with relevant authority/departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken
