Legal Manager

Responsibilities :

- Drafting LOI/ MOU/ property related / marketing / Food Law / FSSAI / Legal Metrology and IT and other contract.

- Must be well versed, updated with current company law, law of contract, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Arbitration Law.

- Strong legal research skill.

- Providing legal support to all department.

- Excellent drafting skills.

- Strong understanding of commercial clauses.

- Comprehensive due diligence of all the upcoming Properties on various stages of the projects and discussion with clients on issues and its resolution.

- Drafting and negotiation of all kinds of Agreements, Notices, Letters and other legal documents with client (Internal and External).

- Risk identification, analysis and mitigation.

- Resolution of inter departments issues.

- New Software Implementation.

- International assignments.

- BOI approval.

- NFC approval and follow ups.

- Stamping and Registration of all the Leases and similar documents.
