Qualification : LLB / LLM - LLM Preferred

CTC range - 14-16 lakhs

Experience - 8-10 years

Notice period - Immediate joiner are preferred upto 1 month

Industry - Broking house, Exchanges, Banking sector preferred. Good profile will be considered

Job Responsibilities :

- Compliance with Regulatory requirements

- To provide Opinions, interpretations on regulatory issues and on bye laws and rules of the Exchange.

- To review & release fresh Bye-Laws, Rules & Regulations (Business Rules) of the Exchange and continuous review for necessary amendments.

- To carry out the amendments to Business Rules, Bye laws and Rules.

- To legally examine the various Circulars/ Notices to be issued by the Exchange.

- To prepare and finalise Show Cause Notices and Speaking Orders. Preparation of MIS for briefing management about pending cases, coordinating with Counsels and undertake office administration work of the department.

- To manage litigation, including recovery of over dues and advisory related work of the department.

- Vetting of Agenda, Minutes of Committees (before circulation/ finalisation)

- Effectively Draft and Vet all Agreements, Contracts, Bank Guarantees, Board Agenda and other documents as may be required.
