Manager - Legal - Contract Management - Legal Firm

Role Brief: 

- LL.B. from a recognized university in India with 6-10 years of work experience, preferably a mix of law firm and in-house experience.

Additional CS qualification is desirable.

- Proficient drafting and legal technical skills, with keen attention to detail.

- Familiarity with the various jurisdictions including United States, United Kingdom, European Union and Asia is helpful.

Job Responsibilities:

- Emphasis on experience in complex, multi-jurisdictional outsourcing transactions and global technology-related contracts.

- Experience partnering with fast-paced internal clients, providing strategic advice on business development initiatives to close deals; strong organizational skills to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.

- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills,

- Desire for close collaboration with sales and sales support to close deals efficiently, with a practical approach.
