Manager - Legal & Contract Lifecycle Management System
Location : Mumbai
Legal :
1. Support business on new commercial initiatives and innovative business models including the negotiation of various commercial agreements including Service Agreements, Distributorship agreement, Third party manufacturing, Loan license contracts, etc.,for Consumer health division.
2. Collaborate effectively with business teams on engagement activities such as Speaker programs, Expert Forum meetings, Advisory board meetings, etc., and provide advisory support while ensuring alignment and implementation of applicable local industry codes for Consumer health business.
3. Advise Business on regulatory and legal matters, product promotional activities including communications material, LBLs, visual aids, medical slide deck, etc., as per the regulatory requirements of the industry for Consumer health business.
4. Establish and enforce local process operations, policies, procedures, and organizational setup in alignment with local and global policies and wet framework e.g. policies for the consumer care business.
5. Support business with legal advisory as and when required from time to time.
CLMS - Contract Lifecycle Management System :
1. End to end Contract Management Operation (CMO) of CLMS Tool including local process accountability, adapt global CMO process to local regulations and needs in alignment with GPO (incl. documentation & continuous process improvement) - and execute locally.
2. Implementation & Monitoring of global KPI Framework in adaptation on local level including Safeguard ICS controls & assigns local ICS-Accessor and ensure local access controls (Approver, View rights)
3. Monitor efficient and effective Contract Management Operations in the country/country group according to KPI & Support the team to deliver agreed service levels and ensuring customer and employee satisfaction.
4. Provide local trainings & updation of training material & translation.Escalation body for local operational & process issues.
Qualifications :
1. Law Graduate with experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry with minimum 6-7 years- experience.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey legal advice and documentation in a commercially sound and relevant manner
3. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with cross functions teams.
4. Knowledge of domestic and international rules and regulations of Pharmaceutical industry and regulatory environment
5. Ability to manage and prioritize, to work within the dynamic timelines.
