Manager - Legal - Contract Drafting - LLB - Telecom

- Review and analyse agreements (M&A, contractual, consulting, etc) to ensure adherence to laws

- Ensure that the terms and conditions and commercial understanding of the parties is replicated in the documents exchanged between them

- Work as a team with various business units to understand their contract related requirements

- Prepare, draft and negotiate contracts/agreements with external parties

- Assess risk and provide risk mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with law while meeting strategic business requirements

- Reviewing new business relationships with vendors and subcontractors

- Guiding managers on regulatory and compliance matters

- Analyzing legal issues relating to proposed products/ventures of the Company

- Providing supervision to outside lawyers hired to assist the Company with their specialized legal services

- Structuring joint ventures with other organizations

Qualification

- LLB with 10+ years experience in a leading law firm/large corporate having exposure to above nature of work
