1) The role would require advising and negotiating all finance related documentation

2) The role will also include advising the company on its statutory obligations and negotiating borrowing / lending transactions

Job Description :

1) Responsible for Treasury related transactions which include domestic and overseas lending and security creation deals

2) Advising companies or clients on preferred positions to be taken for domestic and international lending transactions

3) Excellent stakeholder management

Profile:

1) Commercial contracting expert in the B&F space

2) Prior experience with a bank / financial institution or alternatively, with a reputed firm

3) Demonstrate high levels of Ownership & Accountability

4) Action oriented and results driven
