Manager - Legal & Compliance - NBFC - LLB/CS

We are looking for Legal & Compliance Manager for Finance Company dealing with NBFC in India- Bangalore

The JD

1. RBI compliance for NBFC.

2. Review of the current process of the Company and to identify process gaps from the legal perspective, if any.

3. Partner SPOC for compliance.

4. Agreement review

Job requirements:

1. Working in Fintech companies in the Legal or compliance

2. Years of Experience: 2 - 7 years.

3. Qualification - LLB or Company Secretary.

4. Salary - Negotiable based on current package

The candidate must have good hands on experience with strong compliance background of NBFC area

- Must work with team

- Should have good communication skills
