Manager - Legal - BFSI

The candidate should have at least 8-12 years experience in handling defamation cases, corporate litigation, criminal cases and arbitration . He should have experience in appearing for criminal proceeding at the courts . He should also be well versed with handling legal firms . He should have great communication skills and have worked very closely with Top Leadership Team . Compensation will be around 16lakhs to 20 lakhs.

The candidate should be responsible for the following :

1. Corporate Litigation

2. Handling Defamation Cases if any .

3. Handling Criminal Cases

4. Appearing at the court if required

5. Co ordination and briefing Large Legal firms

6. Legal Drafting

7. Well versed in Handling Criminal and Corporate legal cases
