Manager - Legal - BFSI

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Compliance: Monitor Compliance Management Software and support the team to comply with the regulatory and internal compliances.

- Contract Lifecycle Management: Provide contractual, legal and regulatory support for all activities of the Company. You will be involved in structuring, drafting, and reviewing, negotiating, executing and storing agreements efficiently.

- Governance: You will be involved in setting up processes, structures and governance models for various activities within the Company;

- Disputes: You should be able to draft notices and prepare responses to notices received by the Company. You will be required to coordinate with law enforcement statutory authorities.

- Good knowledge of Corporate Laws and Labour Laws and working knowledge of property law and litigation.

- Maintain knowledge of all new changes in the law, analyze implications and carry out implementation.
