Job Description:
- Provide legal advice to the Indian entities.
- Handle various labour related cases including Workmen Compensation, ESI, PF, Bonus Act etc.
- Handling trade unions and other workers Union.
- Filing of various statutory forms under Factories Act and other Labour laws.
- Appearing before Factory Inspector, Labour Inspector for any enquiry etc.
- Drafting legal documents;
- Negotiating legal contracts;
- Advising and managing (with or without outside counsel) on labour issues & litigious matters;
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Graduate in Law with 6-8 Yrs experience as as a practicing attorney in a law firm or the legal department of a multinational corporation especially having experience in labour laws, Factories Act, Labour compliance. Should have experience in Litigation.
