India's Largest Automobile Service Company is hiring for Manager-Legal position :

Job Location : Noida

Job Description

- Job would include vetting all contracts of the Company

- Coordinating with trademark attorneys in matters relating to intellectual property, particularly trademarks and copyrights, including registration, renewal, licensing, opposition, infringement and passing off actions

- Preparing/scrutinizing and identifying legal risks associated in various commercial documents/agreements, such as contract manufacture, sale/purchase, lease and licensing of immovable property, secrecy/non-disclosure, Co-Marketing, documents related to banking facilities, etc

- Handling matters relating to authentication, stamping and registration of documents.

- Drafting various legal documents such as power of attorney, affidavit, indemnity, guarantee, etc

- Negotiating, Drafting & vetting legal agreements. Handling complaints, IRDA & Ombudsman.

- Compliance of applicable laws, Contractual obligations, Litigation, Legal affairs, Fraud investigations, Property matters, Insurance Ombudsman matters, Arbitration.

- Sort out and assist any legal issue for any department on a PAN India basis.

- Assisting in procuring / renewals of all licenses (pre and post operations) required for the organization on PAN India basis. These include all licenses for operations , labour , infrastructure and general licenses like

- for Pollution

- Factory and Shop Establishment

- TIN NO.

- ESIC Registration etc

- License to operate FACILITY / DC for 365 days in a year

- Registration Certificate as a Principal Employer

- Form A (notification to concerned authorities - notice of opening an establishment)

- Professional Tax (if applicable)

- Service Tax Registration

- Endorsement of Selling location in Sales Tax (VAT & CST) Registration
